Bryson DeChambeau captured his second U.S. Open title in dramatic fashion at Pinehurst No. 2, four years after his dominant 2020 victory at Winged Foot.

The tournament came down to the final holes, with DeChambeau holding off a charging Rory McIlroy. A spectacular up-and-down from a greenside bunker on the 72nd hole sealed the victory, while McIlroy's late bogeys on holes 16 and 18 cost him what would have been his first major since 2014.
